Our First Visitor!

So, we have had our first friend come over to see us!

Terri arrived the Saturday before Derek's birthday

and we decided to go out and celebrate! We went to a really

fun restaurant that is an art gallery during the day.

And after we partied at one of the clubs where the

princes hang out. No sightings though. I was

quite disappointed. J/K

And here is the birthday boy! Happy Birthday Derek!

The next day we went shopping at Harrod's and to
high tea at Kensington Palace.

The next day Derek had to work so we went to the
new Champagne Bar at St. Pancras International.

It is the longest champagne bar in Europe. After

that we went to Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum.

Look who Terri met! We finally spotted a prince!

Here is Britney and I decided to join in!

And here is Terri hanging out with her new friends
Cameron and Drew. We had a blast!

On Derek's birthday we brought some surprise
treats to his work and went out to lunch.
After, Terri and I went to The Tower of London.

After the Tower we strolled along the Thames and
admired the Tower Bridge.

Surprise! Now we are in Paris! What a great three
days! All the flowers were up and fountains on.
We did a city wide bus tour and stopped many
times along the way!

Here we are at the Louvre. The famous Venus de Milo
is in the background.

We stayed in the Latin Quarter so on our walks home
we had to pass Notre Dame daily. Not too shabby!

This is our last day in Paris. We had such a blast
in such a beautiful city!

Now we are back in London drinking shandys. We
had to ask the bartender what it was. It is lemon-lime
soda with lager. Derek and Terri liked it - I did not!

This is our last night out in London with a friend
of Terri's.

Now it was time to pack and say goodbye. :(
We had a great time and I was able to discover more
of London and Paris with a great friend! Tons of
memories were made and I miss her already!
