Our New Home!

Hi all! So, I am so very behind on my posts! I have had so
much going on that I don't know where to begin. I guess
I should start with the fact that we moved into a new flat.

It took us 1 month to get our Internet connection back
so I have not been able to post anything until now.
This is the outside of our new building! The arches
to the left are where our terrace is!

Our reception area. It is nice and bright especially
on a day like today when it is beautiful out!
As you can see we are still living out of boxes. Our

furniture from the US is due to arrive in the
beginning of May. We decided to go with an
unfurnished place this time so we could bring our
furniture. Now it will feel like a proper home!

Our loft - or should I say Derek's office.

My favorite new edition - our terrace! We bought a new
grill and we plan on trying it out tonight for the first
time. I missed having private outdoor space and my
grill more then I ever thought I would. It is so nice
to be out of our little 650 square foot shoebox!
We have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms
with an extra WC. I will post more pictures when
our furniture arrives!

So, I started with our move from a month ago
and now I am skipping ahead to yesterday. This
is my friend Michelle and we ran a 10K race
together. The weather was amazing and I came
in at about 55 minutes.
