Hi all! Well, we went exploring this past weekend. We met another couple from Chicago through a mutual friend and they rented a zip car and away we went. They were very brave to drive in downtown London and in the country. We decided to take the scenic route instead of staying on the motorway. The countryside was absolutlely beautiful. It looked like something straight out of a movie.

We arrived at Stonehenge first. It was so windy that it was hard to stand still to take pictures. By the time I walked all the way around my legs were numb! So, that was a quick sightseeing event. Then we headed to Bath. We were very high up in the hills on very narrow twisty roads. Joe, our new friend, handled it like a pro. Much better then I would have! We had limited time in Bath but it was beautiful as well. We forgot how small this island actually is - we almost drove clear across the whole counrty and back in one day! Miss everyone!
Love,
Leah and Derek

I love seeing your pictures!! I can't wait to visit. I would love to have mussels in Brussels and see Stonehenge. What is that large metal sculpture? I am living vicariously through you guys right now. It is 0 degrees today and everything is buried in snow. Cheers!
